ICTV Current in SEC Financial Reporting

BAINBRIDGE ISLAND, WA--(Marketwire - July 7, 2010) -  International Commercial Television, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ICTL) ("ICTV" or "The Company"), a premier DRTV products company featuring infomercial campaigns to market and brand unique products to global consumers through multi-channel distribution including Direct Response Television ("DRTV"), retail and internet, is pleased to report the following:

As of June 30, 2010 The Company is completely current with its US Securities filings through The First Quarter of 2010. Management is confident that past and all future filings will reflect a true picture of the position of ICTV. The next filing for the Second Quarter of 2010 due August 15, 2010 will be submitted on-time.

Management wishes to thank its shareholders who have continued to support The Company during this difficult re-statement process and to assure them that all available energy will be focused on rebuilding The Company's core infomercial business. ICTV currently has several new products under non-disclosure and will inform investors as contracts are signed.

International sales of DermaWand have been strong and a test airing of the infomercial is planned to take place in the German/Austrian/Swiss market in the next 60-90 days. The Company is updating the current US DermaWand infomercial, and airings are planned to begin around November 2010.

Shopping channel sales in the US are strong and DermaWand is part of the July promotion celebrating the 33rd birthday of one of the country's largest home shopping networks.

Mr. Kelvin Claney, ICTV's CEO, says, "We are tremendously excited about the future of ICTV. This is an opportunistic economy in which the infomercial industry has previously proved to be buoyant -- we're poised to capitalize on the current market for both The Company and the stockholders."
