ICTV Expands the US Derma Wand Television Campaign

BAINBRIDGE ISLAND, WASHINGTON--(CCNMatthews - April 7, 2006) - International Commercial Television, Inc. (OTCBB:ICTL) ("ICTV" or "The Company"), a premier, full-service international retail and direct response television (DRTV) marketing company targeting the multi-billion dollar health and beauty industry, announces that the national television broadcasting of the Derma Wand infomercial has been airing in the US television market, both on national cable networks and local broadcast stations from February 21, 2006 to April 2, 2006.

The results from the broadcasting of the Derma Wand infomercial have been received by Company and in consultation with its media agent, Euro RSCG Worldwide, are evaluating the results of the US Derma Wand infomercial television campaign.

ICTV expects to have completed the infomercial campaign analysis by April 11 and shortly thereafter, will update its shareholders with a comprehensive news release on the recent performance of the US Derma Wand infomercial.
