ICTV Lands Major European Shopping Channel

BAINBRIDGE ISLAND, WASHINGTON--(CCNMatthews - Jan. 13, 2006) - International Commercial Television, Inc. (OTCBB:ICTL) ("ICTV" or "The Company") a premier, full-service international retail and direct response television (DRTV) marketing company targeting the multi-billion dollar health and beauty industry is pleased to announce the Company has been in discussion with two major European live home shopping channels for the television demonstration and sale of the Derma Wand and associated products.

ICTV received confirmation yesterday that it will launching the Derma Wand technology on a leading European home shopping channel with significant broadcast reach in April 2006. Due to competitive concerns the name of the home shopping channel is not being announced at this time. The Company also expects to conclude discussions with another European live home shopping channel and will be in a position to announce an additional distribution agreement shortly.
