ICx Technologies™ Announces Daniel L. Manitakos Appointed Senior Vice President of Operations
WASHINGTON, DC -- (MARKET WIRE) -- June 12, 2006 -- ICx Technologies, Inc. has appointed Daniel
L. Manitakos as senior vice president of operations. Mr. Manitakos will
apply his extensive experience across all operational areas of ICx
Technologies providing specific expertise to the ICx Surveillance Division.
Prior to joining ICx, Mr. Manitakos spent 17 years with FLIR Systems, Inc.
(formerly Inframetrics), where his organization lead company growth to over
$500M. He joined FLIR as lead mechanical engineer and culminated in his
role as senior vice president and general manager for FLIR Boston.
Mr. Manitakos holds an Executive MBA from Suffolk University and an MS and
BS in mechanical engineering from Northeastern University and University of
Massachusetts at Lowell respectively. Mr. Manitakos holds two U.S. patents
and has two patents pending.
