Idera Increases Focus on Server Backup Solutions With the Appointment of Hector Franco as Customer Advocate and Windy LaMarr as Group Product Manager

Seasoned Veterans Bring Focus on Scalability, Reliability, and Customer and Partner Support

The strategic hiring of Hector Franco as Customer Advocate and Windy LaMarr as Group Product Manager brings increased focus on scalability, reliability, customer support, and partner relations. Windy LaMarr, Idera's new Server Backup Group Product Manager, has been with Idera since its inception over 10 years ago. In her tenure, she has held various positions, including Sales Engineer, Product Marketing Manager and Product Manager. As the Server Backup Group Product Manager, LaMarr will aid in the development of a strategic product direction that is attentive to customer feedback, and focused on creating high-quality, high-value products.

Franco's hosting experience includes managing datacenters for SoftLayer, one of the world's largest hosting providers. In his role as Idera's Customer Advocate, Franco will serve as the voice of the customer within Idera -- creating and facilitating partner programs, increasing community feedback, and creating events and programs that help customers from a technical perspective as they deploy Server Backup Manager.
