iDirect IP SATCOM Modems Receive National Security Agency TRANSEC Compliance

HERNDON, VA--(Marketwired - Sep 24, 2013) - iDirect Government Technologies (iGT), a wholly owned subsidiary of VT iDirect, Inc. (iDirect), today announced that its Evolution® TRANSEC meets Department of Defense (DoD) transmission security (TRANSEC) requirements.

A National Security Agency (NSA) evaluation report titled "iDirect TRANSEC Compliance Evaluation 314-007R-2013" states that the evaluation "provides confidence to DoD Teleport stakeholders and users that iDirect's Evolution System meets TRANSEC requirements and is in compliance with DoD directives and policies."
