Idle Media, Inc. 2010 Page Views Reach Almost 1 Billion Across the Company's Network of Websites

12-Month Visitor Traffic Increased Substantially in 2010 Versus 2009

LEESPORT, PA--(Marketwire - January 6, 2011) -  Idle Media, Inc. (OTCBB: IDLM) today released its comparative 12-month visitor traffic statistics across its network of online music, entertainment and gaming websites. 

The results are for data collected January 1, 2009 through December 31, 2009; and, January 1, 2010 through December 31, 2010. The 12-month periods were compared, and the average increases were as follows:

Unique Visitors -- 36,494,595 vs. 20,403,802, a gain of 79%
Visits -- 128,004,197 vs. 79,557,453, a gain of 61%
Page Views -- 934,229,832 vs. 571,397,864, a gain of 64%

Mr. Marcus Frasier, Founder and CEO of Idle Media, Inc., said, "I commented in an earlier press release that as long as we met our benchmarks, that consistent, monthly growth should lead to substantial annualized gains in traffic. This is in fact what has happened. Our growth in traffic over the past twelve months has been manageable, which has allowed us to focus our efforts on maximizing revenues and profitability." 

Mr. Frasier added, "We realize that we have to continue to innovate and grow our portfolio of sites, as well as exploit opportunities that we have to increase revenues through continued growth in advertising. As I have stated previously, when we begin to implement our paid advertising campaigns and more aggressive outreach to attract additional customers, we expect that both traffic and revenues will increase significantly."

Explanation of terms used in this announcement:

A "Unique Visitor" is a statistic describing a unit of traffic to a web site, counting each visitor only once in the time frame of the report. This statistic is relevant to site publishers and advertisers as a measure of a site's true audience size, equivalent to the term "Reach" used in other media.

A "Visitor" is the browser of a person who accepts a cookie. Idle Media, Inc. utilizes 1st party cookie technology. By this definition, a visitor is a human being, and their actions are 'human' events, because only humans use browsers to navigate the Internet (as opposed to a 'robot'). If a cookie is not accepted, then we use IP numbers to track visitors.

A "Pageview" is a request to load a single page of an Internet site. A page request would result from a web surfer clicking on a link on another HTML page pointing to the page in question.

The Company collects and analyzes data on user traffic and statistics using Google's analytical website monitoring applications.
