IDMA Expands Presence in China With New Board Member and Partnership With Valurise Health Solutions

FLEMINGTON, NJ -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 19, 2007 -- IDMA Executive Director Warren E. Todd and Dr. Rico W. Tong, CEO, Valurise, today announced a partnership between Valurise Health Solutions, Inc. [VHS] and IDMA to jointly expand chronic disease prevention and management initiatives in China and to provide support to US companies interested in the Chinese healthcare market. VHS was formed to provide innovative one-stop solutions for health management that will include setting up clinics/health centers with hospitals, and partnering with insurers and other healthcare delivery organizations. VHS was also created to help facilitate joint venture initiatives in China. VHS has a goal of becoming the leading brand of innovative healthcare solutions in China.
