TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - Dec. 12, 2006) - IDNR-TV is pleased to announce that it has increased its coverage to include north Quebec, James Bay and Northeast Ontario in co-operation with Cablevision du Nord.
This announcement was first made public by Pierre Corbeil Minister of Natural Resources and Wildlife of Quebec, last week in Val D'or, Quebec during the Agnico Eagle press conference.
Ivor Barr, CEO of IDNR-TV said "We at IDNR-TV are very pleased that we will be able to increase our coverage into Quebec and we are extremely flattered by the consideration given to us by Minister Corbeil who made the IDNR-TV / Cablevision du Nord affiliation announcement during the Agnico Eagle press conference while in Val D'or. IDNR-TV will continue its commitment to quality programming.
New programs in French will be available soon.
IDNR-TV will begin broadcasting on Cablevision du Nord n the beginning of 2007. The station will be available at no charge.
