IDO Security Announces Ray Willenberg Joins Board of Directors

Business Executive Brings Extensive Financial and Manufacturing Experience to the Company

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - August 3, 2009) - IDO Security, Inc. (OTCBB: IDOI) (, developer of the innovative MagShoe™ "shoes-on" weapons metal detection system, today announced the addition of Ray Willenberg to its Board of Directors.

Mr. Willenberg currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Executive Vice President of Rim Semiconductor, which he founded in 1999. He is also the President of LIT Consulting Inc. which advises and consults with Public and Private Companies on Financing, Mergers, Acquisitons and Public Awareness.
