IDS & HLS Release Biometric Time and Attendance Software System

HLS Biometric Mouse Combined With Revolutionary Software System

ORLANDO, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- October 10, 2006 -- IDS Worldwide, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: IDWD) reported today that in a joint venture with HLS Worldwide it will release the world's first biometric mouse with 384-Bit encryption combined with a revolutionary time and attendance software system. The overwhelming customer demand for an HLS 384-Bit encryption mouse, which has the highest level of encryption in the world, included customer requests for a complete package consisting of the HLS biometric mouse with a time and attendance software system.

This software system can do everything from time and attendance up to running an entire Human Resource department saving companies ten of thousands of dollars per year in labor costs, human error calculations and providing extreme secure environments to protect employee and customer data.

The customer demand came from national retail chains, banks and the corporate environment. This new HLS Biometric Time and Attendance Software System can go from tracking basic time and attendance, point-of-sale security such as bank teller stations, safety deposit box entry, retail cash register locations and perimeter security control entry.

The largest demand for the product is coming from government sectors worldwide that want HLS high level encryption technology devices but in certain areas they do not want any employee to have download capability to unauthorized devices.

HLS and IDS with their leading software and technology personnel were immediately able to satisfy this latest demand for HLS proprietary technology by implementing 3 shifts per day to meet this immediate demand. Since this technology does not exist anywhere else in the market this product rollout is expected to dramatically exceed previous expected revenues and earning per share this year.
