(OTCQB: IDST) announced they have completed their agreement with SP Innovations, Inc., a San Diego area based product development and engineering firm that specializes in solar technology solutions. With this announcement, IDST stated it is now poised to produce and soon release the Solar Survivor, their first portable solar-based power generation station.
Management revealed that the Solar Survivor would be available soon for purchase and begin to ship by the beginning of 2013.
