IDS Worldwide, Inc. Completes SEC Rule 10b-17 Filing to NASD and Is Posted on Daily List

IDS Files With NASD Regarding Special Dividend

ORLANDO, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 10, 2006 -- IDS Worldwide, Inc. (OTC: IDWD) today finalized with the NASD under SEC Rule 10b-17 the details of the previously announced special dividend. IDS has been informed by the NASD all requirements for the special dividend have been met and the record date has been finalized for May 18, 2006. Investors purchasing IDS common stock (IDWD) between now and May 18th will qualify for the Special Dividend. IDS common stockholders will receive a 1:1 distribution in HLS Worldwide, Inc. Although the shares are initially restricted IDS plans to file an SB-2 registration converting the dividend shares to free trading shares in June.
