iFabric Corp Announces New Proprietary Formulation and Appoints New Director


MARKHAM, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Nov. 6, 2014) - iFabric Corp (TSX VENTURE:IFA), hereinafter referred to as "iFabric" or the "Company", today announced the development of a new proprietary formulation which combines its class leading anti-bacterial technology (ProTx2) with the most advanced odour absorbing compound (FreshTx). "This innovation provides the apparel and footwear markets with a technology that allows for extended wear without the usual odour that is normally associated with perspiration saturated garments. Our test results show imperceptible odour even after extended wear," said Hylton Karon President and CEO of iFabric.

"Customer trials utilizing this new formulation are already well underway with sales anticipated to commence early in 2015," added Mr. Karon.

In addition, he is the spearhead for the division's regulatory applications and obtaining our EPA ("Environmental Protection Agency") registrations," he concluded.
