iFabric Corp Signs Four Year Supply Agreement With Eagle Creek, a Division of VF Corporation


MARKHAM, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Oct. 3, 2016) - iFabric Corp (TSX:IFA), hereinafter referred to as "iFabric" or the "Company", today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary company, Intelligent Fabric Technologies (North America) Inc ("IFTNA"), has entered into a four year supply agreement with Eagle Creek, a division of VF CORPORATION ("VFC" on the NYSE).

"After extensive market research and testing, Eagle Creek has chosen IFTNA's PROTX2 as their antimicrobial of choice. PROTX2 will be adopted for Fall/winter 2017 product. Eagle Creek product will identify PROTX2 as the anti-microbial technology being used in their products", stated Mr. Giancarlo Beevis, President of IFTNA.
