IGEN Networks Corporation Files Non-Offering Prospectus

WASHINGTON, DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - June 14, 2012) - IGEN Networks Corporation, ("IGEN" or "the Company") (OTCQB:IGEN), the industry leading technology accelerator, is pleased to announce that it has filed, and received receipt for, a preliminary non-offering prospectus with the British Columbia Securities Commission ("BCSC"). The Company anticipates applying to list its common shares on the Canadian National Stock Exchange ("CNSX"). Listing will be subject to the Company fulfilling all of the listing requirements of the CNSX. The Company is currently a fully reporting company in British Columbia and the U.S.
