BEDFORD, MA--(Marketwire - Dec 13, 2012) - Igloo Holdings Corporation (the "Company") today announced that it intends to offer $350 million in aggregate principal amount of senior PIK toggle notes due 2017 (the "Notes") in a private placement, subject to market and other conditions. The Company is the indirect parent company of Interactive Data Corporation.
The Company intends to use the net proceeds from any such placement, as well as cash on hand of Interactive Data Corporation, to pay a dividend to its shareholders and a distribution to its optionholders.
