IGT Jewelry Shopping Center Celebrates Opening With Gala Reception & a Fashion Show

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - Dec 5, 2014) - The IGT Jewelry Shopping Mall (, a collection of over 40 of the most prominent and prestigious jewelry boutiques, will host a New Year's party on Thursday December 11th, between 4 pm and 8pm, at the center of the Diamond District.

The reception will be at the 16,000 square-foot IGT Jewelry Shopping Mall, located on the first three floors of the Extell Development Co.'s new tower on 44 West 47th Street between fifth and sixth avenues.

"Our marquee event will usher in a new year of elegance for Manhattan's fabled Diamond District, introducing a sleek new jewelry-buying destination that is a fusion of New York neighborhood aesthetics with its unique glamour. This is a precedent, not only in New York, but even on a global scale; for this reason, we believe your attendance offers you an unparalleled experience," said Mehmet Gulay, the CEO of the IGT Jewelry Shopping Mall.

The jewelries and watches will be worn by the Fashion Designer SARAR's models. "We will start the fashion show around 6pm," said SARAR's CEO Tunch Hepguler and continued, "We are very happy with this collaboration where diamonds meet fashion. Our brand is renowned as one of Europe's biggest tailored men's clothing manufacturers, and expands with recent store opening, in Chicago, in addition to New York, Beverly Hills, Washington DC."

During this reception, the IGT Jewelry Shopping mall, the world's largest shopping district for diamonds of all shapes and sizes as well as fine jewelry collaborates with Flowerbox Wall Gardens, the international creator of indoor vertical gardens.

"This is an ideal match," said CEO, Serkan Yapicilar. "Our mission is to bring the beauty of the nature back to people who don't experience it as much as our ancestors did. The IGT Jewelry Shopping center provides beauty and glamour at the Diamond District. Can you think of a better place for both of us to shine and exhibit?"

New York's Diamond District's first class diamond shopping mall, owned by Gulaylar Group offers the highest level of services and amenities. More than 90 percent of diamonds that enter the U.S., the world's largest consumer market for the gems, go through the district.

On December 11th, the fashion show will start at 6:30pm. Models will wear the nightgowns and the exquisite jewelries provided by IGT's jewelers. Live music will start at 7pm, followed by authentic drinks and hors d'oeuvres by gourmet brands. The Wall Gardens Step & Repeat by Flowerbox will be available throughout the evening in the "Green Corner."

The other sponsors are Rhapsody Magazine, Mastiha Shop NY, Ocoo, the natural beauty drink provided by LSW, DJ Ben Talmi.
