iiBIG's Enterprise Cloud Conference & Expo, November 3-4, 2011, Las Vegas - Call for Participation

PORT WASHINGTON, NY--(Marketwire - May 31, 2011) - iiBIG presents the Enterprise Cloud Conference and Expo, scheduled for November 3-4, 2011 in Las Vegas. The conference will target business, information technology, and other technology executives responsible for the strategy, planning and management of cloud-based technology solutions. The conference will cover not "if" but "when" and "how" large enterprises and SMEs will inevitably adopt cloud-enabled solutions or how they will advance their already substantial cloud-based technologies. Proposed topics include which business applications lend themselves to adoption; which routes to take, e.g. private, public, or hybrid cloud; what are the new business opportunities and alliances made possible by the cloud; and more.

Issues of cost efficiencies, scalability, improved business process, innovative customer communications will also be addressed. Attendees will reflect the entire Cloud ecosystem -- service provider, end user, and the channel -- particularly in the case of SMEs, the channel is integral to successful cloud integration. End users targeted for attendance includes those from the manufacturing, healthcare/life sciences, financial services, consumer packaged goods, and consumer retail markets.

"This is not a purely technology conference," said Cathy Walters, VP Technology Events Division, iiBIG. "Recognizing that cloud computing is a disruptive technology that is changing the way IT is viewed within the enterprise and redefining the role of the Chief Information Officer, the Enterprise Computing Conference & Expo will highlight early cloud implementation successes but also, examine the trends, strategies, and opportunities from a business viewpoint that successful enterprises of all sizes must consider."

Speaker and business development proposals are now being accepted. The deadline to submit a proposal is June 10, 2011. For more conference information and/or to register:
