ILI Technologies Delays AGM

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - June 17, 2011) - ILI Technologies (TSX VENTURE:ILI) (the "Company") wishes to announce that it has cancelled the Annual and Special Shareholders meeting scheduled for June 28, 2011.

The vast majority of our shareholders hold their shares indirectly through accounts registered with brokers and other intermediaries. With the postal strike, certain shareholders have informed the Company that they have not receive their proxy solicitation materials for the shareholders meeting. The Company was also concerned that executed proxies delivered by beneficial holders to the registered holders and other intermediaries may not have been returned to the Company's transfer agent prior to the proxy delivery deadline. The Company wishes to convey clearly that all shareholders have the right to vote on resolutions and motions that will impact the future of the company.

Accordingly, the board of directors has decided that cancelling the shareholders meeting is in the best interests of the Company and its shareholders at this time. Once a new date has been determined notification will be sent to shareholders or their respective agents. The Company anticipates a revised date in mid September 2011 after the summer season.
