Illuminare Entertainment in Association With Ardustry Home Entertainment to Release Their First Theatrical Picture "Now & Forever"

MOORPARK, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- June 17, 2005 -- Illuminare Entertainment and Ardustry Home Entertainment announce the acquisition of Peace Arch Entertainment's "Now and Forever." The film, starring Mia Kirshner (Showtime's "The L Word," "24") and Adam Beach ("Windtalkers," "Joe Dirt"), was directed by Bob Clark ("Baby Geniuses," "Turk 182," "A Christmas Story") and written by Bill Boyle ("Crossbar," "Sealed With a Kiss"), and will be released in theatres in August 19th, 2005. Illuminare and Ardustry will partner in the domestic distribution while Ardustry will release the film on DVD in the U.S. Peace Arch retains all domestic television rights to the film, while Shoreline Entertainment represents the picture internationally.

In "Now & Forever," John Myron (Beach) and Angela Wilson (Kirshner) discover each other amidst a backdrop of clashing cultures to form a powerful bond. One tragic night, John rescues Angela from a wicked act of betrayal. Faced with its aftermath, Angela flees town, unaware that she has put into motion a dramatic and intense string of events that will forever change the course of their lives. Harboring a secret, John guides Angela to a shocking realization that will uncover the past as a dramatic love story unfolds. The film co-stars Theresa Russell (Black Widow and Impulse) and Gordon Tootoosis ("Hank Williams First Nation"). Script is by Bill Boyle ("Sealed With a Kiss" and "Crossbar") who also served as co-executive producer. The film won the Best Director and Critics Choice Award at the Atlantic City Film Festival and at the Palm Springs Festival of Festivals it won the Audience Choice Award as well as Best Director.
