(TSX VENTURE: ILA) ("iLOOKABOUT" or "the Company") today announced it has executed a multi-year Verification Services Agreement with the Miami-Dade County Property Appraiser's Office. The Miami-Dade Property Appraiser's Office has primary responsibility to identify and appraise all real and tangible personal property within the County and certify the annual tax roll with the Florida Department of Revenue (DOR) in accordance with State law. As of July 1, 2016, the Miami-Dade Property Appraiser's Office ("Miami-Dade PA") provides assessment services covering more than 908,000 properties throughout the County.
Partnering with industry leaders Lexur Appraisal Services of Dayton, Ohio and Apex Software of San Antonio, Texas, iLOOKABOUT is delivering a suite of software and services to the Miami-Dade PA including; the award winning Desktop Review software GeoViewPort™, current StreetScape imagery, and data and sketch verification services. iLOOKABOUT's GeoViewPort™ and Management Module will be utilized to oversee and manage the project, facilitating efficient Desktop Review and allowing Miami-Dade PA to effectively deploy staff to escalated "Field Visit Required" work. Through GeoViewPort and Management Module, The Miami-Dade PA will have the most efficient assessment workflow management process in the marketplace with unparalleled oversight and reporting.

The elected Property Appraiser of Miami-Dade County serves as the head of the Office of the Property Appraiser.
