iLOOKABOUT Names Laurence Rose as Chief Executive Officer

LONDON, ON--(Marketwired - September 13, 2016) - iLOOKABOUT Corp. (TSX VENTURE: ILA) ("iLOOKABOUT" or "the Company") today announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Laurence Rose as Chief Executive Officer of iLOOKABOUT Corp. effective immediately. In addition, Mr. Rose will make an equity investment in the Company and will join its Board of Directors. Mr. Jeff Young will continue to serve as the Company's President.

Mr. Rose most recently served as Chairman, President & Chief Executive Officer of Cantor Fitzgerald Canada Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of New York-based Cantor Fitzgerald & Co., a leading global investment bank. Mr. Rose has over 20 years of leadership experience in the technology, finance, and capital markets sectors. Prior to spending more than 11 years at Cantor Fitzgerald, Mr. Rose was co-founder, President & Chief Executive Officer of CollectiveBid Systems Inc. which developed and launched Canada's first Alternative Trading System. Mr. Rose has served on numerous Boards for both corporate and non-profit organizations.
