Image Personalization Pioneer, DirectSmile, Opens a New Office in the United States

BOSTON, MA--(Marketwire - March 3, 2008) - On March 1, 2008, DirectSmile will open its New Jersey-based sales office for business, increasing the presence of the industry-leading Image Personalization Software in the US.

The new office will start operations on Monday, March 3rd with a focus on developing the US business by partnering with OEM printer manufacturers and resellers, selling into the Corporate Marketing and Commercial Printer marketplace.

Industry veteran Ed Ickowski has been recruited to develop and grow the business. Ed has better than 14 years of experience in this industry and has worked for leading printer manufacturers and industry solution providers. "With the development of higher speed, lower cost color print engines, the rapid migration from offset to digital and the proliferation of VDP in the marketplace, the next step is the personalization of the image to the individual," says Ickowski.

The current, Las Vegas-based DirectSmile office will be replaced by the new office.
