imc2 Promotes Marc Blumberg to President

Doug Levy Assumes Role of CEO

DALLAS, TX--(Marketwire - June 5, 2009) - imc2 recently announced the promotion of Marc Blumberg from executive vice president to president. In his role as president, Blumberg will focus on a broad set of responsibilities, including imc2's people, work and client relationships.

Blumberg, a co-founder of imc2, has been focused for the past few years on developing and evolving imc2's overall philosophy and thought leadership. Deeply engrained in the changing marketing landscape, he will be able to quickly engage with the agency's teams and clients to add tangible value.

With Blumberg's promotion to imc2 president, Doug Levy, formerly president, will now serve as CEO and focus his efforts on the company's vision and strategy. Levy will also be responsible for corporate functions.

Other executive changes include:

-- Ian Wolfman was promoted from senior vice president to executive vice president, business development and marketing.

-- Jimmy Hale will serve as senior vice president, technology and project management, now leading a broader set of disciplines within the company. Hale was previously vice president, technology services.

-- Mark McKinney will serve as senior vice president, engagement marketing, where he will lead imc2's strategy practice and manage the integration of brand engagement marketing into client work.
