iMedicor Signs First Independent Physician Association (IPA) Into the National Health Communications Network

Stone Center of New Jersey, Representing 120 Urologists, Signs 15 Month Contract to Join NHCN for All Medical Practices Within Its Group; Installation Process Begins Late November

NANUET, NY--(Marketwire - November 18, 2010) - iMedicor (OTCBB: VMCI), originators of the National Healthcare Communication Network (NHCN), a HIPAA compliant transport and communications network designed to move electronic medical records in a secure environment, today announced the execution of its first IPA contract with the Stone Center, a group of 120 Urologists based in New Jersey.

The Stone Center, as an IPA, is making a major commitment to assist its members in upgrading their communications to Internet lever speed and efficiency through iMedicor's NCHN. For most of the Stone Center members, iMedicor's network represents the first step into the digital on-line world as mandated by federal regulations.

iMedicor will work with the stone center administrative team to set up each practice, create sub accounts as requires, provide installation and implementation procedures and offer a complete training program, backup with technical and customer support.
