IMG Appoints Tom Florio Senior Advisor for Fashion to the Office of the Chairman

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - September 29, 2010) - IMG Worldwide, the global sports and media company, announced today the appointment of Tom Florio to a newly created position of Senior Advisor for Fashion to the Office of the Chairman, effective October 1, 2010.

In his new capacity Florio will be responsible for identifying new, high margin product offerings across all of IMG's Fashion related businesses.

Most recently, Florio has been Senior Vice President, Publishing Director at Condé Nast with responsibility for Vogue, Teen Vogue, Bon Appétit and Condé Nast Traveler. From 2002 to 2009 he served as Vice President, Publishing Director, Vogue Group where he managed the business of Vogue to record profits and maintained profitability and margins in the economic downturn of 2009. During that time, he built an organization that extended the Vogue brand to multi-media platforms online, broadcast, film and books. Vogue became the leading fashion magazine in the world in advertising revenue and circulation. Florio also served as Publisher of GQ, President of The New Yorker and Publisher of Condé Nast Traveler. Early in his career Florio held advertising positions with Vanity Fair and New York Magazine.

Florio is a 1980 graduate of New York University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He and his wife and their three children reside in Manhattan.
