IMG Names Joseph DeTullio Chief Information Officer

Position Will Support Company's Global Technology, New Media

NEW YORK, NY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 17, 2007 --IMG, the world's premier sports, entertainment and media company, today announced the appointment of Joseph DeTullio as Chief Information Officer (CIO).

DeTullio will be responsible for the company's global Information Technology (IT) function, including the development of new online and mobile technology and infrastructure for IMG's 60 offices around the world. Working with IMG business unit heads, he will also support the expansion of the company's product and service offerings in the new media space. DeTullio will be based in New York and reports to Terri Santisi, IMG's Executive Vice President, Chief Financial and Administrative Officer.

DeTullio is a veteran IT leader, with more than two decades of experience in the field of information systems. Most recently, DeTullio was the CEO of EquaTrax, LP, a joint venture among Universal Music Group, Warner Music Group, Lightspeed Venture Partners and Exigen Group, Ltd., a royalty business processing services company for the global entertainment and media industry.

Earlier, he held the CIO position at both Universal Music Group (a division of Vivendi) and The Seagram Company, where he oversaw information systems and technology/infrastructure services for the global music and consumer beverage companies.

He began his career as a program analyst at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in Washington, D.C., before joining PriceWaterhouse as a management consultant. DeTullio earned his B.A. at Rutgers University and his M.P.A., Public Finance, at American University.
