SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwired - Apr 7, 2015) - Imgur Inc., the Internet's visual storytelling community, today announced a new embed unit designed to make it easy for publishers, journalists and bloggers to display content from Imgur on their own sites while including proper attribution. A new embed link appearing on Imgur posts will allow publishers to copy a line of code, paste it into their website, blog or article, then have that content, attribution and related information automatically displayed on their own sites.
"Imgur is home to some of the best visual content found anywhere on the Internet, and there's a massive ecosystem of publishers who regularly post content from Imgur to their own sites," said Chris Gallello, Product Manager at Imgur. With our new embed unit, they can easily do all of this by copying a single line of HTML and pasting it into their own site.
