Immunovaccine Announces Changes to Stock Option Plan


HALIFAX, NOVA SCOTIA--(Marketwired - Oct. 6, 2014) - Immunovaccine Inc. ("Immunovaccine" or "IMV" or "the Company") (TSX VENTURE:IMV), a clinical stage vaccine and immunotherapy company, today announced that its board of directors has approved a modification to the Company's stock option plan (the "Plan"). Under this amendment, the Company will increase the number of common shares of the Company reserved for issuance under the Plan from 6,750,000 to 9,100,000. The amendment to the Plan is pending approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.
