Cass Jarrett, manager of Impact Marketing Solutions, is from Salisbury, NC and comes from a sports background. Graduating from East Carolina University with a Bachelor's of Science with a concentration in Communications, Cass moved to Wilmington right after graduation. Working for four years for a resort, Cass transitioned into healthcare for two and a half years before being laid off. Looking for stability and growth Cass started with the company in 2013. Within four weeks Cass was promoted into an Account Manager position and then in just three months became an Assistant Manager. Being hand selected to work with a brand new client, Cass spent the next few months working with the new client, and then became the branch manager in Wilmington, NC. In August of 2014 Cass promoted his first new Manager who expanded into Alaska. "We have big goals this year and are looking forward to being able to give our top team members the same opportunity that I received a year ago," continued Cass.
