Imperia Entertainment and Signature Entertainment Form Film Fund for Financing Independent Film Production and Distribution

(PINKSHEETS: IMPN) and sister company, Signature Entertainment, LLC announced today the formation of a private equity film fund, Imperia Film Fund, LLLP,, open to institutional and accredited investors only. Film projects and acquisitions for distribution will be selected based upon their salability. Every project will require a good script, the attachment of named actors, a solid director and production team, and distribution already in place. Under the supervision of the fund manager, the General Partners will seek to acquire and produce only projects that fit this investment criteria.
