("Atrium" or the "Company") in its $110 million acquisition of Seroyal International ("Seroyal"), a portfolio company of private equity firm Bruckmann, Rosser, & Sherrill & Co. Atrium is a recognized leading developer, manufacturer and marketer of professionally-endorsed, science-based dietary supplements for the health and nutrition industry. Based in Ontario, Seroyal is a premium dietary supplement company, which sells the Genestra, UNDA and Pharmax branded line of products through the healthcare practitioner channel ("HCP") in Canada and the U.S.
