Imperial Capital, LLC Continues the Expansion of Its Investment Banking Team in New York

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - May 1, 2008) - Imperial Capital, LLC ("Imperial
Capital") names Robert Warshauer as Managing Director and
Administrative Head of the Corporate Finance Group in New York who will be
focused on restructuring. Robert joins Imperial Capital from Kroll Zolfo
Cooper, where he served as Managing Director. This announcement highlights
the Firm's continued expansion efforts as it now employs over 40 investment
bankers who are advising clients in restructuring, financing and mergers
and acquisitions transactions.
Robert Warshauer has over 20 years of experience in advising public and
private companies across a wide range of industries. He has advised boards
of directors and management teams varying in size from start-up companies
to multi-billion dollar international corporations on all aspects of
strategic and operational matters, including mergers and acquisitions,
capital sourcing, corporate reorganizations and financial planning.
Previously, Robert served as President and member of the board of directors
of Lighting Science Group Corporation and as a Managing Director of
Giuliani Capital Advisors, LLC. In addition, Robert served as a member of
the board of directors for the American Bankruptcy Institute. "Rob's
