Imperva Teams With IS Group to Bring Imperva Incapsula Cloud Services to Dutch Market

Agreement Strengthens IS Group's Cloud Service Offering by Providing Its More Than 30,000 Customers With Industry-Leading Security and Performance Solutions

REDWOOD SHORES, CA--(Marketwired - Apr 16, 2015) -  Imperva Inc. (NYSE: IMPV), committed to protecting business-critical data and applications in the cloud and on-premises, today announced that it has entered into an agreement with IS (Interned Services) Group, a Dutch leader in cloud computing and IT services, to bring Imperva Incapsula cloud services for DDoS mitigation, Web application firewall (WAF), content delivery network (CDN) and load balancing to the Dutch market. IS Group builds and manages business-critical cloud and ICT (Information and Communication Technology) solutions for its over 30,000 customers that depend on uptime and performance of their websites and online applications. By reselling Incapsula services, IS Group clients can boost their Web application security, improving their websites' performance and accessibility.

"Hosting clients today requires much more than a hosting solution alone. Quite often these clients need a full-scale Application Delivery solution, supporting DDoS mitigation and web application security," said Jan Willem des Tombe, CEO, IS Group. "Reselling the comprehensive Incapsula cloud-based Application Delivery service enables us to maximize the value we bring to our clients at an affordable price. The speed and ease with which we were able to implement Incapsula services were only matched by its ability to secure our clients' online business operations, making it the best choice for ISG and our clients."

"IS Group needed a solution that provided increased protection for its customers, without adding unnecessary cost or effort to integrate. For customers that rely on their websites to conduct business, any downtime or lag in performance is unacceptable," says Marc Gaffan, general manager for the Incapsula service at Imperva. "Resellers using the Incapsula service can on board new customers in minutes through a self-service provisioning process and a simple DNS change. For IS Group and its thousands of enterprise customers, the ease of integration paired with our industry-leading DDoS protection proved to be a superior solution."

Incapsula is a cloud-based application delivery service that makes websites safer, faster and more reliable. Using Incapsula, organizations large and small can protect their businesses with enterprise-grade web application security, DDoS mitigation, performance optimization and load balancing.
