Implant Sciences Announces New Contracts Valued Over $2,100,000

Multiple Sales to Four Countries on Four Continents

WILMINGTON, MA--(Marketwire - December 2, 2010) -   Implant Sciences Corporation (PINKSHEETS: IMSC) (OTCQB: IMSC), a high technology supplier of systems and sensors for homeland security markets, today announced that it has signed five new contracts which collectively total over $2.1 million in value for its Quantum Sniffer™ QS-H150 explosives trace detector.

Sales were made to Mexico, China, Libya, and Armenia. The Quantum Sniffer will be deployed for transportation security, law enforcement, aviation security, and public safety.

The QS-H150 Quantum Sniffer is a hand-held explosive trace detector that uses Ion Mobility Spectrometry (IMS) to rapidly detect and identify trace amounts of a wide variety of military, commercial, improvised, and homemade explosives.
