Implant Sciences Expands Sales Channels; Adds Distributors in Indonesia and Romania

WILMINGTON, MA--(Marketwire - January 18, 2011) -  Implant Sciences Corporation (PINKSHEETS: IMSC) (OTCQB: IMSC), a high technology supplier of systems and sensors for homeland security markets, today announced the addition of two new distributors, further expanding the Company's reach into new markets.

In Romania, the Company has signed Business Plus, a firm that holds certificates of approval from the Romanian Ministry of Defense and the Romanian Civil Aviation Authority. Business Plus sells security equipment to the Ministry of Defense and the Department of Police and Law Enforcement in Romania.

In Indonesia, Implant Sciences has added PT. Delphi Utama, which serves clients through four offices throughout Indonesia. The firm sells security products to national ministries, governmental institutions, and the Indonesian police, as well as international institutions.
