Hello White, Goodbye January Blues! January is officially the month to welcome WHITE into your wardrobe and help support the 500,000 Torontonians living in poverty.

Windfall Basics is running its annual Wear White 4 Windfall (WW4W) Campaign to increase awareness surrounding poverty in the GTA. Toronto's leading celebrities are wearing white in support of Windfall's anti-poverty programs and spreading awareness to ensure that all those in need have the basic necessities of life.

WW4W does that for our neighbours, our sons, our daughters, our mothers, every single day. January 1
  • Keep your eyes open for the WW4W Posters travelling on the TTC.

  • During the month of January, Melissa's Bowtique will donate 40% of their proceeds to WW4W
January 4
  • The Toronto Chapter of International Association of Administration Professionals (IAAP) focuses its monthly meeting on supporting Windfall - Members have been asked to wear a white item of clothing. $5 will be donated to Windfall by the Chapter for each attending member.
January 18
  • Boutique Bar will be hosting a "White Out Party" starting at 9:00 pm. 10% of sales will be donated to WW4W. Confirmed celebrity bartenders: Mike Chalut, Shawn Hewson, and DJ Jeff Kirkwood.
January 24
  • WW4W VIP Bridal Sale Preview - 50 % off retail prices

  • Ruth Promislow and Shawn Hewson from Bustle Clothing will host a special. White Out Prix Fixe Dinner at Winchester Kitchen & Bar in support of the WW4W campaign. Seating is at 7:00 pm.
January 25
  • WW4W VIP Bridal Sale Preview- 50% off Retail Prices.
January 26
  • Private Party at Amber, Hosted by Jessica and Ben Mulroney.
January 28
  • WW4W Bridal Blowout Sale - 50% Off Retail Prices.
