Inc. Magazine Names Quest Resource Management Group Among Nation's Fastest Growing Companies for a Second Year in a Row

Quest Now Part of Publicly Traded Infinity Resource Holdings Corporation

FRISCO, TX--(Marketwired - Sep 5, 2013) - Quest Resource Management Group announced today that Inc. magazine has ranked Quest among the nation's fastest growing companies for the second year in a row. Inc. ranked Quest No. 1,682 on its seventh annual Inc. 500|5000, an exclusive ranking of the nation's fastest-growing private companies. Infinity Resource Holdings Corporation (OTCQB: IRHC) completed the acquisition of Quest in July 2013, and Quest CEO Brian Dick was named CEO of the combined organization.

Quest achieved an impressive 231 percent growth in three years and added 50 new full-time positions. In addition, Quest was ranked 13th in the top 100 environmental services companies and the 56th fastest growing company in the Dallas Metro Area.

Mr. Dick said, "We believe the recent transaction that combines The Quest team and resources with Infinity, making us a publicly-traded company, puts Quest in a position to more effectively capitalize the organization, drive even greater growth, reach a broader customer base and maximize shareholder value in the coming months and years. The combination of these companies creates an integrated powerhouse that can provide information and waste management services for all levels of organizations, from local households, to local governments, to small businesses and to the largest businesses in the country. We now have strategic and marketing leverage to be effective for a wide variety of customers."

The list represents the most comprehensive look at what many consider the most important segment of the economy -- America's independent entrepreneurs. Quest joins Intuit, Zappos, Under Armour, Microsoft, Clif Bar, Timberland and other notable powerhouse brands recognized by Inc.

Mr. Dick continued, "Quest is honored to be recognized for the second consecutive year by Inc. We have a tremendous team and this prestigious acknowledgement is another testament to what we are continuing to build at Quest and the Infinity family of companies. We look forward to sharing our progress as we complete the integration of these organizations and lay out our plans for growth and the creation of greater value."
