InCapta Brings on Chris "Broadway" Romero as Chief Creative Officer

SAN DIEGO CA--(Marketwired - Feb 5, 2016) - InCapta, Inc. (OTC PINK: INCT), through its subsidiary Play Celebrity Games, announces the hiring of Chris "Broadway" Romero as a long- term consultant.
