SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwired - Mar 29, 2016) - InCapta, Inc. (OTC PINK: INCT) and Mancuso-Martin Productions announces a joint venture to launch Leading Edge Radio television network (www.leadingedgeradio.tv) to allow both companies to combine their unique complementary strengths.
