TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - July 10, 2013) - Income Financial is pleased to announce today that shareholders have voted over 94% in favor of the proposal to extend the termination date to January 1, 2019 and all other related amendments as outlined in the Management Information Circular dated June 7, 2013. Since inception, unitholders have received total distributions of $25.61 per unit. As at July 8, 2013, the annualized current yield of a unit is 8.6%.
