Incoming, Inc. Appoints New CEO to Lead Business in New Direction

Company to Focus on Renewable Energy Projects in Brazil

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - September 14, 2010) -  Incoming, Inc. (OTCBB: ICNN), a renewable energy company, announced today that R. Samuel Bell, has been appointed Chairman and CEO and will lead the company in its redirection and focus on renewable energy projects.

Mr. Bell was elected to the Board of Directors on August 24th, 2010 upon completion of the acquisition of North American Bio-Energies, a biodiesel production facility located in Lenoir, NC. Sparked by the success of this initial acquisition, further analysis of the industry by management resulted in the Board's decision to change the direction of the company from the broader "brand acceleration" concept to focus on renewable energy.

In light of the new direction, Mr. Bell was an obvious choice as Chairman and CEO. He brings 30 years of related experience ranging from the distribution and marketing of petroleum products to biodiesel production and chemical processing plants. Mr. Bell was appointed based on his leadership, experience, foreign and domestic relationships and proven track record as a successful entrepreneur.

The Company believes that with the guidance of R. Samuel Bell, this new direction will have a positive impact on future earnings and create significant value for shareholders. "I'm excited by the challenge and opportunity to build Incoming, Inc. into a global entity. There is a significant amount of opportunity that exists in the green energy space, specifically in Brazil's emerging renewable fuels market... the timing could not be better," states Mr. Bell.

In support of the new direction, the Company is currently targeting several growth opportunities in various regions of Brazil.
