Increased Demand for Mobile Advertising Drives Addictive Mobility's Company Growth

Ad Tech Platform Hires Top Canadian and Middle Eastern Talent to Expand Operations in Each Market

TORONTO, ON--(Marketwired - January 18, 2016) -  Today Addictive Mobility, a leading mobile advertising technology company, announced a series of new hires to prepare for the company's projected growth in 2016. Addictive Mobility provides an end-to-end solution for mobile in-app advertising, and uses its robust mobile data management platform (mDMP) to help corporate and agency customers working with Fortune 500 brands to create, launch, and measure mobile ad campaigns. With mobile users now spending 86 per cent of their time in-app (eMarketer, 2015), the company's new hires will further help re-engage mobile users and increase return on mobile ad spend.

"Finding the right fit is always a top priority for us as we are building a platform that meets tomorrow's mobile in-app advertising needs today," said Naveed Ahmad, CEO, Addictive Mobility. "We demand a rare set of technical knowledge and expertise to fulfill positions in the fastest-growing space in digital media, and we're happy to welcome seven new hires to continue delivering successful mobile ad campaigns for our clients."

Addictive Mobility's headcount increased 20 per cent across its global offices, with two of the new hires specifically dedicated to strengthening operations in the Middle East. The company added staff to its sales and technical teams in both the Toronto and Dubai offices. Addictive Mobility's new hires have an extensive background in mobile technology and marketing, and have worked at companies including Cisco, Microsoft, AOL, and Juice Mobile.

New hires on the Toronto sales team include Account Director Victoria Martinez-Lees, Senior Technical Account Manager Iva Marcovic, and Technical Account Manager Danielle Thomas, while Blair Hoddinott, DevOps Engineer, and Anselm Lau, Junior Data Scientist, joined the Toronto technical team. In Dubai, team additions include a new Sales Director, and Creative Technologist Berwyn Moog on the technical team.

"Adding to our sales team and creating a new account management layer means that our customers will receive enhanced customer service and constant communication on all campaigns," said Dana Toering, CRO, Addictive Mobility. "As our customer base continues to grow, these new hires will ensure that our high standards of personalized support is met on all accounts."

Launched in 2010, the company now operates with 52 employees globally, and has offices in Toronto, Vancouver, London and Dubai. It was featured on the Branham300 list of top ICT companies in Canada three years in a row, and also placed on Deloitte's Canada Fast 50 list and Deloitte's North American Fast 500.
