Independent Research Firm Cites Covario as Strong Performer Among Leading Search Marketing Agencies Evaluated

San Diego-Based Firm Noted as Best for SEO

SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwire - January 31, 2011) -  Covario, Inc., one of the nation's largest independent providers of search marketing software and agency services, was cited as a "strong performer" in "The Forrester Wave™: U.S. Search Marketing Agencies Q1 2011" report that was issued today by Forrester Research Inc. 

Founded in 2006, Covario was featured in Forrester's Wave report along with only eight other firms selected from among 100 agencies and technology solution providers. Forrester evaluated U.S.-based agencies with both paid search and SEO roots in an effort to identify those firms best equipped to help marketers into the future of search marketing. The study was limited to firms that primarily support large enterprise marketers with revenues of more than $1 billion.

In the executive summary of the report, Covario was noted as "best for SEO (search engine optimization) automation."

The report went on to say that "Covario suits marketers seeking a tech-heavy, SEO partner. Its technologies for auditing sites, valuing needed site changes, and creating SEO-friendly technology templates for content management systems score well."

Within the research analysis, Covario received top scores for its campaign planning and (business/product) development road map.
