Indian Petrochemical Goes Extreme

Extreme's Explosion Protected Products Help Secure Critical Infrastructure in India

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - July 11, 2007) - Extreme CCTV International Inc., a division of Extreme CCTV Inc. (TSX:EXC) today announces first sales of its explosion protected surveillance products to the Indian petrochemical industry.

Extreme's EX60LED Explosion Protected Infrared Illuminators will be installed at a petrochemical site as part of a general security upgrade. The EX60LED is part of a family of explosion protected products currently generating interest from players in India's security and critical infrastructure markets.

The sale of the first explosion protected CCTV products into India is an important milestone in Extreme's mandate to establish sales channels in the country's growing security market. The sale complements the recent release of the explosion protected Moondance ExD, a mechanical pan-tilt-zoom camera designed specifically for hazardous locations such as petrochemical facilities. Extreme's explosion protected line meets an expected global demand to improve security at critical infrastructure locations.

"We are working to repeat the North American and European sales successes of our winning product families in emerging markets," says Wendy Li, Asia Business Development Manager, from the Asia office of Extreme CCTV. "We are actively developing sales channels in these markets to leverage our globally recognized brand to new customers."
