-- Capture user sessions within a Web environment and track aggregate performance across all sessions and alert on Web transaction errors as they occur within individual sessions. Targeted search criteria and session capture and playback functions make it easy to identify and troubleshoot specific user sessions.

-- Monitor application usage of network capacity using Cisco's Network Based Application Recognition (NBAR) technology. The powerful NBAR feature collects network usage metrics and provides total use by protocol and a ranking of top application users of network capacity.
