VANCOUVER, BC--(Marketwire - Jan 29, 2013) - Indicee, Inc. ("Indicee"), the leading cloud business intelligence platform for business users, today announced record-breaking results for the fourth quarter of the company's fiscal year, ending December 31, 2012. The company announced customer base growth of more than 400 percent, including many Fortune 500 companies, during the quarter.
- Customer growth of 400%
- Year-on-year revenue growth of 170%
- Processing of 1.1 million social business users per month
"Indicee had a phenomenal year in 2012. Much of our growth in the last two quarters has been as a result of our partnership with salesforce.com and the launch of our social business analytics applications," said Mark Cunningham, Founder & CEO, Indicee. "As the social business movement gains momentum, many enterprises want to understand how social tools and strategies are impacting the bottom-line. We have been working with hundreds of organizations, including many of the Fortune 500, and it's exciting to see the emerging correlation between companies engaging with social business tools and improved sales performance."
The Indicee Analytics applications are built on Indicee's cloud-based business intelligence ("BI") platform. Company officials point to strong market acceptance of both cloud-based analytics and social business tools, combined with the underlying technology provided by the Indicee platform, for their current success. Customers include Brown-Forman, Talent Plus and Medtronic.
"We chose Indicee because it was flexible enough to tailor our adoption dashboards for our unique implementations of Salesforce and Chatter," said Kyle Irestone, Sales & Marketing Program Manager at Medtronic. "It opened my eyes to Indicee as more than just a tool for Chatter, but as a business intelligence platform that can be embedded inside of our Salesforce environment. [...] We can present key usage metrics to our corporate management, field management and the field itself. Indicee is kind of a Swiss Army Knife of measurement that helps us to establish a baseline that we can constantly refer to."
"We set out to build a BI service that anyone, including business users, can use to get to the information they need to make decisions," said Cunningham. "We're making extremely fast progress towards this goal in the social business analytics space and we're excited to be working with companies such as Medtronic to help managers access, analyze and action their social business KPIs."
