(VKMLD-OTCQB) announces on behalf of the Board of Directors that it has recently come to the attention of the board that Mr. John Moreno has released a video interview on April 15th, 2014 . The board of directors does not condone nor has authorized Mr. John Moreno to speak on behalf of the Company or do any interviews on behalf of the Company. Mr. John Moreno is currently not a director of Indie Growers Association and therefore has no authority to speak for the Company.
