Industry Leader in Electronic Payment Software Joins Sabrix Board of Directors

Successful Entrepreneur and Operational Leader Strengthens Company Board

Mr. Mullen also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Bottomline Technologies (NASDAQ: EPAY), a leader in collaborative payment and invoice automation solutions.

Mr. Mullen previously served as President and CEO of Bottomline Technologies, which has led the industry with software-based electronic payment solutions designed to help banks, financial institutions, and corporations streamline their financial transaction processes. Mr. Mullen was named the 2007 New Hampshire High Technology Council Entrepreneur of the Year; and he also serves on the boards of V-Kernel Corp. and United Way of the Greater Seacoast.

As one of five original employees of Bottomline Technologies, Mr. Mullen led the Portsmouth, NH-based company's growth in annual sales to over $115 million, assuming the role of president and CEO in 2002.
